SMME COMPETITIVENESS

The key objective of this EDSE Programme component is to enable seda to be a coordinator and facilitator of the Business Development Services (BDS)  market in South Africa, with the goal of increasing access to BDS for SMMEs  by a significant measure.

ACCESS TO FINANCE

The key objective of this EDSE Programme component is to enable sefa to become a facilitator (or strategic investor) in the SMMME finance landscape and assist with the design and operation of new financial instruments funded through EU budget support.

POLICIES & REGULATION

The key objective of this EDSE Programme component is to enable the Department of Small Business Development (DSBD) to play a central role in creating a policy and regulatory environment for SMMEs that enables growth, job creation and empowerment.
